Altair's Sudden Realization.

I've had this idea for awhile now, ever since I first finished Assassin's Creed 2 a few months ago. The reason why I waited so long to do this was I really wanted to wait until the DLC came out cause if it turns out that Altair actually was alive and met Ezio, well this acr wouldn't really make sense.
