Here comes a comic straight from the world of Assassin's Creed. One of the key elements of the Assassin's Creed series is scaling guard towers to either take control of them, or to scout the overlay of the land surrounding the tower. The odd thing is how you manage to scale the towers. Each and every tower in the world of Assassin's Creed apparently is covered in handholds, from windows, ledges, molding and random wooden beams and playforms that serve no purpose, no purpose that is besiides giving Altaïr or Ezio a way to climb the tower and assassinate whomever is unfortunately enough to be guarding it at the time. So this begs the question, why do they build the towers like this to begin with?

On a side not I finished Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood this weekend, and spoiler alert, EVERYONE DIES! Well not really, but I will say Altaïr doesn't show up at all, which made me sad. Curse you Ubisoft for getting my hopes up! The date of Altaïr's death is unknown, the end of his codex ends with him saying he'd like to see the Apple one last time. It is established that the Apple can extend someone's life. Is Altaïr still alive? Damn it I wanna know! Perhaps that'll be answered in Assassin's Creed 3.
