Sorry about not posting a comic all last week, I figured I'd miss Monday's, but I got stuck in Boston longer than I intended, and since I didn't bring my laptop with me, pretty much no work got done last week. But now I'm back with a slew of post PAX comics.
The friend of mine that I was staying with during the convention is crazy into StarCraft II and wanted to cram his PAX with the most StarCraft II he could manage, and for the most part he did. On the first day of the convention there was an offical StarCraft II tournament, with wacky computer related prizes, and the promise of such prizes draws both novice and professional gamers alike. Unfortunately professional gamers are well, really, really good, to that point that the competition was pretty much nonexistant. So I made a comic exaggerating actual events, and since he is such a cool guy and all I put my friend in the comic, thus making it the only other time since the last time that I've had a friend of mine show up in the comic, other than Jeb and Brad. Who knows maybe if he shows up a few more times I'll actually give his character a name and what not.
On a side note I've made a few changes to the forums. Now when a new member joins the forums they need to post a non spam filled comment before they get full forum access, cause I'm sick of the overwhelming amount of spam accounts the forums have gotten lately. Here's to hoping a few more non spam bots make forum accounts, for as we know as a web comic artist I run on the praise of others :P
